This is just for practice, so please expect your fellow Fair Work Forward participants to answer some aspects of your draft <strong>dishonestly<\/strong>! We would like you to include a demographic question and we have a sample that is small and easily identifiable, so we encourage you to respond to the demographic question of others\u2019 survey, randomly.<\/p><p>Consider, first of all, your purpose, in relation to reasonable adjustments, and the key objectives \u2013 what is it that you want to investigate and why? For example, if your purpose is to find out about Equality Reps\u2019 experience of reasonable adjustments, you could ask questions related to:<\/p><ul><li>If Equality Reps have experience related to reasonable adjustments<\/li><li>What reasonable adjustments they have experience with<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Think about how you would frame your questions clearly and concisely, and how you would like to gather answers (multiple choice, open-ended, etc.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-4eb7bbd\" data-id=\"4eb7bbd\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d07e96 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d07e96\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Open and create an account on SurveyMonkey<\/li><li>Choose \u201cstart your survey from scratch\u201d and enter survey title<\/li><li>Choose one demographic question to ask participants, so you can analyse the data in relation to this. For example, whether respondents would be considered disabled under the Equality Act (2010) definition? This could be a yes\/no answer as multiple choice.<\/li><li>Remember to include the definition of Disability under the Equality Act (2010), so respondents know if this applies to them. Do this by pressing \u201cPage Title\u201d and entering a description. Press \u201cSave\u201d.<\/li><li>Select another type of question and repeat the process. Remember to keep these concise and clear.<\/li><li>Finally, select a third question that fits with a text box answer, this is where you will get your detail, examples etc.<\/li><li>Press the \u201cNext\u201d button to preview your survey.<\/li><li>Under the \u201cCollect Responses\u201d tab, select \u201cSend surveys your way\u201d and \u201cshare survey link\u201d.<\/li><li>Make sure your survey doesn\u2019t include any paid features, such as ranking questions.<\/li><li>Paste the survey link into your Padlet and fill out others\u2019 surveys!<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>You can now come back to SurveyMonkey at any time and review your findings.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f6604b elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"7f6604b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-657dd53 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"657dd53\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Please move on to the Next Topic when you are done with this page \u2013 you can always return to view it again later on. <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Now log into your Padlet to record your reflections, questions and notes.
