The passing of the Employment Rights Bill, which now becomes the Employment Rights Act 2025, was a major victory for trade unions and for workers in all sectors, right across the UK.

Reducing weekly class contact hours will help all teachers if the preparation & correction time is correspondingly increased. Employing more teachers will reduce workload for staff at all levels. Vote YES for more teachers and more manageable workloads.
